The customer care is just for money. They have a toll free number , but they won't pick up. they only pick up in a another paid number only.
CC is just for recharge, if you have any complaints, they just say ask the nearest dealer. I come to specific of my case. I just relocated and I request for relocation. They just replied contact nearest dealer. So I contacted nearest dealer, he told me dismantle it by myself or otherwise 500 rs for dismantle.
So I dismantle it myself and brought to the new house. I called customer care and got the same answer for re fixing, but I checked the charge to fix they said its 200. but when I asked dealer he asked me 400 rupees for fixing it. after negotiating he came for 350 and fixed it.
For first few days, I was watching Tamil channels which are okay, but if you tune in to English channels or Hindi channels, it started to struck. So I check the signal quality , it was low.
Again contacted the CC and they reply is same. So I called the same dealer, he asked me again 400 rupees, I told him that this is your mistake and immediately he cut the phone. After a day, I walked into his shop to ask him to come. once he identified me, he said, we are servicing sundirect here after , better you go and contact CC. I really fed up that day.
I immediately decided not to go with sundirect anymore. So I booked a tatasky online and got it fixed in 2 days. Now I am happy.
Please don't every go for SUNDIRECT, their CC and dealer is worst and rogue. They don't have control over dealers and they let customers to suffer to dealers.
