No wonder the product variety on this shopping app is top class. They have huge collection of women's footwares as they have specialisation in it. But that is not the only thing matters when it comes to shopping online. They are many factors a person keep in mind before placing an order-
Product Quality - They have variety but with poor quality.
Delivery Timeliness- They never deliver oder on delivery date, always late.
Website - There is no Online application and even website is not mobile - friendly.
Reliabilty- Zero( speaking with personal experience)
I ordered two pairs of foowares together - One from Sale and Other from fresh collection.
Got the delivery of both the pairs at together. Had to sent both back had some size issues. Till then I just got one pair back and its been more than 4 months and ater filling palenty of complaints nothing worked. Now I am hopeless of getting my money or the shoes back.
