I booked a Goa trip with this STC Tour and Travels operator in Kolkata and the whole tour was poorly managed by their staff due to lack of communication.
When I reached the Goa station nobody from their staff came to receive me and I had to visit the hotel on my own.
When I reached the hotel I complained about their staff and they apologized for their mistake.
The next day when I went out to see the city with their tour operator, he was only misguiding me in most cases. I was told the guide was new and did not had much prior experience.
Thankfully, the locals came to me rescue.
My travel experience was good but in the whole journey they communicated with me only twice and I would have been happier if they were little more helpful and managed the tour little better.
