Branch of this bank is very near to my locality and my parents also having their account inthis bank so I also choose this bank to open my savings account. I am a user of this bank for over three years and was don't have nay problem but for the last one year there is some mismatch I am receiving transaction details of someone else account.
I discuss this with the manager of my branch and providing him the details of transaction Id, transaction location but the matter is not sorted yet and now they charging me atm charges for every month. I contacted their customer support but they didn't provide the help needed. Also when other new users come to open their account they automatically starting their pension plan and if someone refuse they are not opening their account.
