I keep 4 accounts with SBI for they offer excellent services. Whenever I go for their services, they are ready to serve you to any extent. Last week, I had certain doubts about my Smart Scholar account, and unfortunately, I did not have my account details with me. I was a little bit nervous to approach the bank without my no. But as I approached them, they made me really comfortable and helped me to find out the customer no and cleared all my doubts regarding the respective scheme. Moreover, they handed over to me all my details regarding the account in a fresh paper as well.Kudos to SBI.
