I am using this bank from almost 12 years and this is the biggest bank in India.
As compare to other banks I like its net banking and using it from last 10 years and satisfied as it is very much secured then other banks I realised.
What I dislike is the physical banking system, when you go to bank and be in queue for hours and hours and they need to work on this very much, though there are now cash deposit machines almost in every branch but staff if kind of typical government people, who are not customer oriented but they just feel like they are obliging us, but they forget that they are our servants.
If you will not have interaction with staff u will find almost everything easy and cheap compare to private banks.
Internet banking Good - ATM range Good - CDM Range Good - Phone banking - Not much there
