In Republic INDIA the state bank of India should had been the best model bank but it is opposite. The directors are only interested in devolving 'A' grade bank by giving all mall facility.Have they anytime taken pain to study how many complaints have been received and how many solved or just bruised out. I had taken education loan in year 2005.Till today I am paying regular EMI .Two people had come after a gap of two months in march and may to take my signature on paper to state that I had taken loan.I refused but they convinced it is routine procedure . Then also I refused and insisted on showing identity card.They instead showed me visiting card of BKC OFFICERS.I asked why the request has not been sent by post .They had no answers .I threatened them with police action and then they ran.My complaint with sbi under no cc-1180447944218 of 29/5/07 is not solved till to day'
Secondly after paying all emi as per their chart still my account shows rs 15, 000 as balance. I had written to chairman, dy manager service etc but no reply. Even I had written to RBI BUT NO REPLY. I HAD COMPLAINED TO MUMBAI OMBUSDMAN BY EMAIL, but no use. The biggest problem is this that no ackowledgement given though Fedral bank association gave acknowledgement saying your complaint comes under RBI.Recently I had written to finance minister but acknowledgement says 'we will be in touch soon'.In this case the complaint is still pending with sbi u/no cc-1196949554578 of 6/12/07
Why we do not have intact system giving complaint no at every level and place so that we can track the progress if any on internet.
