State bank of india is the worst bank.
I had been there for just update my friend passbook
And there was a automated machine which prints passbook but the que for passbook printing was about 13 to 15 person and thats not a big deal but the passbook printing machine was that much slow that it takes about 5 to 10min to validate the barcode and some time in between goes out of service.
The bad thing is that there is no restrictions for how many passbook should one person can print so some guys get almost 5 to 6 passbook to print.
The staff is not even helpful though the token machine was also faulty.
There was also a atm machine which was also not working.
Very bad service.
