Assure plan is a great product with no capping. My father visited for cataract operation in a network hospital and overal it was very smooth. Day care procedure was quick and pre-authorization submitted 3 days before came within 1 hour. After surgery it just took 1.5 hours to settle cashless. After deducting 10% co-pay all claim amount was settled. I am happy with the customer care team and claim team as I communicated very frequently to keep myself updated with the status. Even after discharge, Star health kept on asking if all is well and how my father is doing. This is very nice. Star will keep you update with status - whether pre-authorization or final claim in whatsapp & email.
