Star Health and Allied Insurance Co Ltd is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Everything was fine for 6-7 years till i raised a claim of 32k, they simply deducted 20% of the amout without any rhyme or reasons. When complained, they send mails from generic ids and ask for entire documents again including cheque copy, doctor summary original, etc and want you to visit their office.
This is still open for the last two months to investigate and revert back. The policy premium i pay is twice the claim amount.
Till date not a single call, whereas as the premium due dates nears all kinds of service calls are recieved including cheque pickup facilities, etc. So much for star health. Stay busy.
