Manual service is not good. Review on Standard Chartered Bank

Standard chartered bank. It is an foreign company bank. Whick is populary known to its insurance policy. It is an nulti national corporation . This bank takes a lot of hidden charges, and never tells about it to the custermers about their secret charges, after charging the secret charges then they say to  the  consumers information about the hidden  charges.

My credit cards online id was blocked and I asked them to solve it and also given written letter. After a month I went to my native but I couldn't make any online transaction due to my dcredit card problem and  card password. They do a lot of careless and never gives fully information to the customers.  the check book request is very quick .The atm service is too good but manual service is bad they always tell to buy the insurance and irritate a lot to buy life insurance and childrens plan it is very disappointed. There is a lot of need to improve their service
