I have been working at softenger . When I joined this company I didn't have much knowledge of application development & management, but after few days of working I gained experience in this field. It's good place to boost your career.
I am saying this because when I was fresher, I really doesn't had deep knowledge about new technologies. But my senior trained me, they are friendly and I am very much thankful to them for providing me knowledge & experience.
