Cust Support is POOREST compared to ebay & amazon. Review on Snapdeal

GUYS if you buy from snapdeal by saving some money be aware if you are stuck up or your product supplier is poor you will have a horrible time .You will lose more money in a single transaction that you must have saved in years from buying from snapdeal

The support team is very lethargic and tilled towards supplies.The product is listed on snapdeal without porper description and specifications and suppliers list the product with wrong specifications and SNAPDEAL is simply unconcerned(they are just interested in turnover) and no action is taken.So you research your product you buy from SNAPDEAL well before buying else you are sure to loose money

We have purchased a APARTMENT based IN AHMEDABAD and they offered us  APARTMENT in GANDHINAGAR at a secluded location.We spent 30000 in booking the apartment and more than that in travelling to AHMEDABAD.Now they are not refunding us money saying that listing was non refundable

My question to SNAPDEAL is why do I buy property in GANDIHNAGAR if it was listed in AHMEDABAD.After hundreds of mail and phone call I am getting same reply we have escalated the issue and will come back.SNAPDEAL is taking advantage of poor consumer protection laws in India.Also TATA HOUSING has till date not even cared to reply back on our issues.

In the end I know I will again get a response from ONE MUKTI after reading this review on of SNAP DEAL and will send same message as sent earlier to all buyers but nothing will happen as she has been told by SNAPDEAL boses to shown same concern so all buyers so that other buyers are not scared
