I had ordered a samsung power bank of 20, 000 mah. But the order was not recieved in 10 days . And I had credited 1000 rupees and till today these rupees have not come to me . Therefore, this snapdeal company cheated me and I doesn't get my power bank and lost my 1000 rupees and when I call customer services they told that your powerbank had been delivered but I had not recieved till today. Therefore, this comapany is fraud I request to bann it.
