I had purchased two items of order numbers 32173099 on 16 Oct 2014 and 31933861 on 14 Oct 2014. But the product is not delivered to me, though am staying in Kormangala center of Bangalore.
I had given complained 3 times and no result. So finally I cancelled both the products and for refund also called 10 times, but they are telling - you have to wait for some more days.
In this competition market, where we have so many options to buy a product- who will buy from Snapdeal.com.- where flipkart and amazon giving delivery in 1 or 2 days.
I had blocked this site in my pc and requested you guys please don’t buy anything from Snapdeal.com- it’s the horribleDeal.com
For phone to customer care I had already spend Rs200 .
