I had purchased two items of order numbers 32173099** on 16 Oct 2014 and 31933861** on 14 Oct 2014. But the product is not delivered to me, though am staying in Kormangala center of Bangalore.
I had given complained 3 times and no result. So finally I cancelled both the products and for refund also called 10 times, but they are telling - you have to wait for some more days.
In this competition market, where we have so many options to buy a product- who will buy from Snapdeal.com.- where flipkart and amazon giving delivery in 1 or 2 days.
I had blocked this site in my pc and requested you guys please don’t buy anything from Snapdeal.com- it’s the horribleDeal.com
For phone to customer care I had already spend Rs200 .
