I raised request for return of snapgalaxy photo frame, return was accepted on the grounds of physical damage and I was told by snapdeal that nuvoex(courier)will pick it up from my house and once snapdeal receives the product, they will send me a good undamaged piece this time. Nobody from nuvoex has come and even after I sent a followup email to snapdeal, no one from snapdeal has contacted nuvoex to pickup the box or update me on status.
It has been a month since this is going on and we are absolutely nowhere!No matter what is the result of this conversation, i am never going to buy anything from snapdeal because of the bad after sales service.
Friends believe me - don't fall for discounted prices @snapdeal, because you are going to have a very hard time if you get a damaged product and replacement is required.I am available here to help you, please add comments and I will patiently answer your queries.
