Snapdeal initially started as a deal website but soon transformed to a full fledged ecommerce portal. Today Snapdeal is among the top 3 online shopping portal in India. I have been ordering on Snapdeal.com for quite a few months now and I must say that the website and service is getting better day by day. Initially their courier partner was Delhivery which was giving quite a lot of trouble but now they have partnered GoJavas and the service is quick.
And with Aamir Khan as their brand ambassador, you can trust the website completely.
Pros
1) Pricing - No one can beat their pricing and offers. You must check the pricing on Snapdeal before you order anything elsewhere. I can guarantee no one can offer the price they do.
2) Delivery - Very prompt, products are delivered within 3 - 4 days from order. They have an online tracking and mobile alerts system which keeps you updated regarding the delivery of the product.
3) Return Policy - It is easy and good, though not the best, here I must say Amazon is better.
Cons
1) Customer Service - They need to hire a few better guys in their customer service team. Plus they have only 1 customer service number which is in Delhi, so everytime you call them, you pay STD charge. Please get a toll free number.
