People are recommending online shopping these days and number of sites are available to shop online. I also ordered HP Laserjet M1005 Multifunction Printer from Snapdeal and the expected time for delivery was 4 days.
But, when I didn’t received my parcel within 4 days, I contacted their customer care and they told that due to some seller’s issue I, will get the same within 2 days.
However, even after elapse of another 2 days I didn’t received my parcel so I again contacted them and they told that my parcel is in transit, so I will get that soon. As I was very much annoyed with their poor services, I told them to cancel my order. But they told that it is not possible as my parcel is in transit but I can refuse to accept my parcel upon delivery. At the same time they also offered Rs. 200/- discount if I accept my order.
Finally, I received my parcel on 10th day which I accepted as I urgently needed that.
Thereafter, I called customer care and asked how I can avail Rs. 200/- which they had offered me. They told me that I will receive a mail for Rs. 200/- cash back which will be deducted from the amount on my next purchase from them.
Around four months have already passed till now and I have not received their mail.
After such a bad experience, I never ordered anything from Snapdeal.
