This is the 3rd order which Snapdeal has arbitrarily cancelled. I had made an order for a geyser 4 days back and when the product was not shipped by even today.
I wrote to the customer care and in their reply they simply cancelled the order citing stock issues.
1.First of all if at all there were stock issues then Snapdeal should have informed/cancelled the same day on which the order was placed.
2.Secondly it is not expected from an etail giant as big as Snapdeal to cite ‘stock issues’ for non-fulfillment of confirmed orders.
Winters have arrived pretty soon this time and already the order was pending for the last 4 days. We were having a pretty hard time without a water heater and now on the 5th day I am told that the order is cancelled.
They did not even ONCE try to procure the product so that the trust and faith of the customer in the company is not lost.
Cancelling orders at the Drop of a Hat will dent your image big time Snapdeal. Please take care of the faulting seller(s) and/or customer representatives who provide incomplete and unprofessional support.
