I purchased the mattress about 6 years ago. Now there is an issue-- the top layer of mattress is swollen into convex shape
Wonder how it happened.Now I called their call centre. They asked me for bill or warranty no. I don't have with me now. So they said they can do nothing.My mattress is no more in warranty. I told them that I will pay for all services. But still they did not register my complaint. Hopeless non friendly customer policy.
