Fraud company fraud puniya omen. Review on Sky Home Packers

Please take action of this fraud company sky home packers and mover. ( Mr. Puniya and Omen) Person name OMEN came at our home for quotation, he have charged us higher amount as compared to others. We thought if he charging high than this company will provide better service. But we were wrong. Mr. Omen and his owner Mr. Puniya had given all false promises and commitments. We have shifted from Mumbai to Ghaziabad Delhi by sky home packers and movers. Initially when they give me quotation they will tell you sweet words, they said payment of 80:20 ( 80% while loading and 20% while delivery), but after loading the goods they changed the stand, they need full payment. after giving the payment on 28th July they assured us to deliver on 03rd Aug. We already paid a huge amount of Rs. 31k after loading whole stuff in Mumbai. People came to work were horrible they took whole day long to pack our home stuff. Mr. Omen and his owner Mr. Puniya behavior is so bad and rudly. He had shown his worst side when we asked about our parcel of home item becouse they committed to deliver within 4-5 days. These guys never give the drivers no after continuous request, till 03rd Aug they told us it will reach on today evening on 04th Aug morning when I called them on vashi office he was not willing to talk to me and he was not even ready to listen to me. after 2-3 calls one guy attended the call and he said truck is on the way and will reach you when you will clear our whole payment. After a Police warning from my side they promise to deliver on 05th Aug morning. Now 05th Aug when we call them company owner had given open warning by saying that release our balance payment of Rs. 10k otherwise we will not parcel your item. He even not answering our phone call even they hold our whole house stuff. I never ever ever ever seen such bad people running these type of fried company. Better never to try them in life. Please legaly action this type of fraud company sky home packer and mover and fraud owner Mr. Puniya, or Omen. Those who take advantage of the compulsion of people, that too when the whole world is already troubled due to corona and lockdown. Please do something against such people.
