Indigo checkin mess @ Changi Airport - Singapore
My flight was at 4:20 am to Bangalore. It was announced that they would open the checkin by 1:20 pm
First of all there is not enough seating at departure gates.
First passengers are asked to line up outside the checkin counters and help me explain… why are we asked to que up behind Chennai passengers!?
I have followed the airpirt directives and arrived 3 hours before departure!
Pls answer indigo/Changi I am disappointed that I expected better service here. Sorry to say you are on par with Nepal or !!??
