Its true last year in august I had purchased bicycle its good and I recived on correct timing and in right place as I had accepted but only worst part of it was that some parts were bend when we had assembled it abd it took lots of time to assemble.
My opinion is that all parts should be packed in thermocol packing so it is safe.
