I have placed an order for LED lights on 3rd Feb. I still have not received the delivered even though they promised to deliver on 16th Feb. Forget quality of materials, the material itself is not there. I am wonder what did I pay for as I have no way back to get a refund and they don't have a customer support or any contacts. The icons on their sites are just icons and non functional. The only function that they have if payment.
Please do not buy anything from ShopClues. They completely break down your trust on online shopping which is a booming business in India
