I ordered a product on shopclues. order number- 16494511. its handle was broken so I returned the product. after more than a month of raising the return request it was finally picked up and sent back. then after a long time of about a month I get mail asking for my bank account details.
I provided them and it has been more than 2 weeks now but I have not received my hard earned money back from shopclues. this is a fraud website. I never thought my money and also my product would be gone. pathetic experience. please be aware of using this shopclues. no response from customer care either.
