As a job seeker trying to explore different avenues to get a suitable opportunity. Shine.com comes out as a disappointing job portal with very few job openings matching your requirements. Only thing one can expect is the reminder mails to update your credentials but no calls from any good company or consultancy for a good job opening. Irrespective of the marketing activities the company would do, if they fail to attract prospective employers to see their portals your resume on the site is just waste and be part of their database sold for other purpose.
Shine should start shining otherwise they will fade soon. Please tie up with good MNC’s and Corporates so that job seekers get job easily.
