.There is some serious problem with your Dispatch department. There are not updating the address of the consignment and sending the card again and again to old address.
As per my today telepmorpheushumannic conversation with SBI customer care, they said that “As per SBI record the card is dispatched to new address. Please consult Bluedart courier.”
But when I checked with bluedart, they told they have still my old office address.
Please I request you to intimate Bluedart Bangalore to deliver it to my new office address.
Please inform them as soon as possible else they will again send back my add-on card to mumbai.
