This is the worst pathetic and most ridiculous service giver in the entire universe probably.
I had attempted to make a transaction few days back which was not successful despite that they deducted the amount of 10K. Mailed them, tweeted them, tried to connect via call no use. Its already the bill generation day tomorrow yet no response from them. They don't even have a direct contact number. Extremely unprofessional and backward with technology.
Same kind of experience was faced by a colleague who uses SBI Visa credit card. I thought it must be a one time issues but won't happen the same all time with everyone.
But now I realized this is a method to trap the money of salaried people by them. Being credit card company they are taking credits from the customer at zero percent interest.
Its advisable to not make any transaction more than 2-3K at one go else they will snatch away your money by this trap and you will be troubled for long. And never ever apply for a transaction of an EMI of huge amount from them. They will literally leave you bankrupt and on road.
