Okay, here is my short story.
I ordered (Order ID#O24062012-AI585) on 24-Jun-2012 time 09:21:53

I received them today evening and I was surprised to see the item #2 had many age marks or what we call wear 'n tear, well I opened the book and started checking pages randomly I realized the pages inside too had many marks , it clearly looks like a used/refurbished book.
Note that the book has all pages ( yes I was so scared that I counted all 476 pages one by one) and book is readable, saying that it is indeed a used copy.
I feel cheated because if they were selling me refurbished book, they must have had a clear note some where near the item, than if I had to buy ( which is not the case)i would have. There customer care details are:

I can't do much I am sure they will ask me to come over there shop and get it replaced, which in the first place is not my choice otherwise I would not have ordered online, so I am considering this a " gone baby gone" case and my only suggestion is to buy books from genuine sellers in online market which undoubtedly are Infibeam.com, Bookadda.com and Flipkart.com ( my fav.)
Sorry SapnaOnline.com I was very hopeful on you as my next GoTo online shop and you guys totally disappointed me.
