Samsung after sales support is poor at Pune. After repeated calls, no one turns up and all there service centers show customer care contact details. Washing machine works good for atleast 2-3 years, however if it has gone bad, there is hardly a way to repair it. My suggestion is not to purchase any Twin Tub washing machine as all are the same type similiar to above.
