I bought Samsung Inverter refrigerator in 2018.It started showing complaints from 2022.
It just get switched OFF without any reason and switch ON when it feel so. It was reported and service personal does not have any clue. The funniest thing is they don't have stock of any spares. A brand like Samsung does not provide spares to service team. It is tough to believe. My kelvinator worked more than 12 years.Now they says that compressor which is under warranty have some issues. When they replace a faulty compressor gas get leaked and i need to pay Rs 4000 for that. Why should i pay for gas when they replace a faulty compressor under warranty. So silly argument.
