I like Samsung brand phones, so I bought their laptop once. But their laptop has very bad performance and cooling issue. The CPU cooling fan inside the laptop failed within one year of purchase. As a result the laptop gets heated very soon. The keyboard is of poor quality. Two of the keys on the keyboard are having poor contact and I had to press them hard to enter those keys. The battery life is average. it lasts about 1.5 hour with full charge. The laptop also has started to hang often recently with long usage, and some times it also crashes abruptly when opening more than three to four applications. The product is also priced quite expensive for the performance it offers.
