I have bought Samsung Galaxy M20 on 15th Feb 2019 from Samsung Online store, within 2 hours of using the device it started restarting automatically, initially I thought it was due to new device and all, but even after 1 day of use the auto restart problem dint solve,
I contacted their Customer care they adviced me to visit their service centre, in the service centre they kept my device for 1 day, next day they called me, I went they said device is working fine, since last 24 hours there has been no restart, now my point is if u don't use it, use it for calling or browsing etc why will it restart, the mobile restarts only when it is used,
the service centre gave me the mobile back, and within just 1 hour of using the device again restarted, it is so severe that I am unable to use it at all, while on call it wll restart, while browsing it will restart, I have contacted their customer care again, yet got no response,
the device is new just 5 days old, why cant it be replaced, I am not calling or visit their service centre for timepass, there is genuinely some defect with their device that's why I am doing all this.
please help me in getting the issue resolved, I have spent Rs 13000 on the device and yet unable to use it, so stay away from this mobile.
