Writing this review after using it for approximately 2 weeks.
After reaching it to the city where I live, it took them 3 days to deliver it.
The day after receiving it, I got a call from samsung call center and next day after that a service guy came to install it and to give a demo. It pretty much went smoothly, I didnt even have to call anyone.
The wash quality is good and gives the desired result. I will give all stars to it as my job is done neat and clean at the end of the day.
What I like:-
Water level selection and water reuse features are very useful for water saving purposes.
If machine is working and power is gone or you switched it off for some reason, it will resume from where it left off and not from start.
What I dont like:-
Doesnt have water heating.
All the other aspects are good when compared to the price. Go for it.
