I gave order to this fellow Mr.Ashok of Sai Creations to design and deploy the interiors for my home along with 50% payment of Rs.2 lacs. He promised delivery in 3 weeks and additionally 1 week for deployment. Its 11th week now. Following up daily. Every week getting promise for next week. Thinking of going to consumer court now. Please suggest easiest route to take this guy to court. I am fed up of this guy.
