Firstly you will have to understand fats as such as it is made of four components 1-Tryglycerides2-VLDL3-LDL4-HDL and only HDL is good cholestrol rest three are bad. But HDL is made by human body and not by any oil brand so keep exercising once in a day and eat any oil.
