I went to S M Auto to purchase a KTM Duke bike 250cc first of all I had to wait for 1 hour to get a representative to show me the model and while the employee came to me he knew nothing about the bike so he called somebody else and he told me the basic features of KTM which I already knew so I asked him to tell some new features he said I will get a catalogue with bike itself I mean seriously I and here to purchase a bike and these guys telling me to read the catalogue I prefred not to purchase it from their shop worst service thanks.
