RoltaNet is the best ISP in mumbai & also being rated the same by CHIP Magzine.It scheme R really attractive.The scheme of 4 In 1 is the best.It is just for Rs 996/- with 400hrs of surfing but also gives U a 4 telephone nos to locked .It also gives U 4 Email id of 2mb each.The speed is also very good.The helpdesk is excellent &* also gives U a technical information when required.
The lastest scheme I think is RoltaNet Fundoo which gives 100hrs of surfing at just Rs249/-
with also One emailid of 2mb also.The avaibility is also very easy & they deviver it at Ur doorstep.
