Fraud. Review on Religare Health Insurance

I am advising this from my bad experience, I have policy with religare health insurance and submitted a claim request and I got approvall.HEAR THIRD PARTY PERSON came and asked sign only the declaration .i asked that guy y u need signature .he told me that if u want approval without delay u need to sign.i refused to sign later he played tricks and I am u r friend I wil help u please sign.i believed and sign .later that idiot person wrote on that 1 yr onwards desese is exists.what should I do can u help me.i asked that guy return my declaration again he started game I will come tommorow and give it to u.i made a call next day later he said I will come eving .i made a call 10 to 20 times finally he replied with his manager and manager said we already forwarded u just a make a call to customer care .we r processed.his idiots guys always saying lies and fraud.take action on them.
