Misguide/Cheat Customers. Review on Reliance Netconnect

I'm pasting the same mail I wrote to Reliance. You'll get a fair idea of my issue. I hope somebody from Reliance Netconnect Broadband reads this and resolves my issue(If Reliance feels it should resolve a customtakeouter's genuine issue needs to be resolved. Otherwise, if they feel they can do business like this, I'm also going to post this to every possible forum and tell everybody).

Dear sir,

I feel I’ve been cheated.

This is with sheer dissatisfaction, I’m writing you with a hope that this will be resolved as soon as possible. If my concern is not resolved, I’m going to, lodge a case to consumer forum and post this mail to all the online forums and every possible place on earth.

Following two are my concerns:

1. I was given an individual plan, where other colleagues of our office were given a corporate plan.

   
   




2. I was promised in writing that I’ll get a Goa holiday package within 7 days of taking the reliance broadband connection(mail attached below). It has been more than two months, and I’ve not got any communication regarding it.

   
   

I’ve been given a wrong plan. While taking the connection, I we went to the Reliance website, and gave my details and my office address. I also asked the person if Reliance has any corporate plan. For your reference, I attaching the recent bill of a colleague

My colleague has been given a 2GB plan for Rs. 400, whereas I’ve been given the same for Rs. 750. If you notice the billing address, we work in the same company. I really wonder how this is like this. How come I’ve not been given the same corporate plan?

Request you to immediately change my billing plan to Accenture Corporate plan and give me the Goa holiday package ASAP.
