My Reliance Mobile Customer A/c. 5000038758920000001 and 5000038630480000001. Have personally visited Reliance World and submitted a request for Post to Pre. Have paid the amount they had asked(unquestionably) as of that minute. Reliance said the request will be served within 5-days. Received phone call to confirm. Have confirmed about my request and asked to execute immediately.
In spite of spending my personal time at Reliance World, and submitting my request form, paid dues(on the higher side), confirmed over phone. It is already 10-days, no sign of executing the request.
Reliance has all the reasons(excuses, I mean) but no result(no satisfaction, I mean).
Keep away from Reliance all the time. They are cheats.
