I dont like the way of customer support. I take the health insurance of whole family in the month of feb 2023 but they still not send me the health cards yet. Talked many times with the representative but they said we have already sent the cards. What was the behaviour customer service when they sell their policy being very polite, after taking policy become arrogant. I have mailed to the same, but replied that we are checking it from our data then revert you.
I am not recommend it to anyone so please go to other if you are taking health insurance. No
