Reliance . Review on Reliance Data Card

I Vivek Nema Purchased one Reliance Net connect from Reliance main office at Indore with Data card no. 7489501810 @ Rs 2500. During purchase the sales representative was confidently ensuring that it is nicely working in my residential area RRCAT.

After few hours when I have checked the data card in RRCAT it was not working due to weak signal in area. After continuous complaints and many regular visits to their head office at Vijay nagar Indore they could ready to accept that ok there is a signal problem in your area. & Now you try with 3G data card this is working properly there. Again they took Rs 1000 from me and gave me another sim & data card. and same time they took back my old data card(CDMA based) saying that your money Rs 2500 will be refunded within 3 months.

Still the problem of slow and weak internet continues with new GSM based card also in area and no answer from cheaters RELIANCE, and till date there is no refund has come of Rs 2500.00. See the height of making fool that now as & when phone comes for their sales representative to pay monthly bill for the GSM plan. These RELIANCE people are not bothered about what a customtakeouter is getting. they are cheating poor people of India like me and simply making rich to Mr Anil Ambani( A Big Thief) & them self.

I am ashamed to the services provided by the Reliance and their so called cheating of my Rs 3500 in which a Data card(GSM Modem) of Rs 1400 I got.
