This bike dealer is the only option for the people living in daltonganj and this is the major problem for facing such a bsd service and accepting the roude behaviour of the people working there.

The finance plans are bit costlier then the other private finance companies. Though I got to buy the bike in cash so just had a glance over the financial plans to make it work in future but it was of no use.
The service is just a big zero , nobody will listen to you after you purchased your bike. The service station team talk like they are not bound to help the customers , the customers are bound to adjust in every condition.
The staff are roude even the mistake is theirs and they do not listen to people easily with soft voice , after visiting this place I find there is no use of talking polite because nobody is going to hear you.
Always delayed by the given time and in case of major problem they even take several days to complete simple work.
