I bought the ticket for 10:10 PM show of the movie'Raazi'. I am a bit disappointed by the rude behavior of the On Duty Manager and the Guard standing at the entrance. During the intermission, when I visited the cafeteria for buying bhelpuri, these staff members started using abusive words for me, as soon as I walked past them.
I sincerely advise the management to please conduct some behavioral training for your staff in Delhi location so that they do not use foul and abusive language for the customers.
