So as much as I love Elante Mall I really dont have much to say the same for PVR .As much as I hate the High prices of food there, and the fact that not even water is given sufficiently.In other PVR of you pay 60 rupees you will get a good size 1L bottle and it is enough for a whole movie and of you have a person with you it is also sufficient for them.
Like it or not but you will definately buy a water bottle because you will feel thirsty at one point and you would want to have some. But these idiots will hand over you a 500ml Himalayan bottle crap of 50-60 rupees that is not even sufficient for one person one gulp will just empty half of it. What a cheap way to loot customers, even basic things like water should be given cheap if they don't want to allow it, and don't even get me started with the food, no need to explain how ridiculous they are, everybody knows.
Now talking about the PVR there. The place is good for comfort. The seats adjusts and they are also not stiff even for the normal class. So no problem there.The problem is the 3D movies quality. The glasses they give are black shaded, so of you watch the movie of will have a dark shade to it, also the glasses are badly scratched, I replaced 2 times but the scratches were visible in the whole movie. Very Very frustrating when you are watching a VFX filled movie like Doctor Strange.
Like I said the 3D glasses are black shaded so the movie brightness decreases very much. I mean if you are showing a 3D movie at least know what glasses you provided. It had a dark shade and the movie was so dark I kind of felt like somebody just increase the brightness. With 3D glasses it was very dark and frustrating experience. All I wanted was a little clearness to movie, and I was really disappointed.
Most of the time I was just removing my glasses and the screen brightness was good but I had to wear it because of 3D.I barely could see all those special effects properly. I just hope they could do that and improve the service. Otherwise there is no fun in 3D at all.
From my review and the number of times I have written dark you might have got the idea how was my experience i.e VERY DARK. And I hope they learn to respect the customer and if possible not food but at least provide a proper size water bottle. I went to watch a movie and spent more on water than what the discount I got from Paytm.
And also there is my E-ticket from Payment just in case someone thinks its a review is fake & written for fun
