Its a good bank to have a account with but there are some issues with the indora branch in Nagpur.
The staff are very uncoprative and talk with the customers rudely.
They dont know how to treat customers.
When talked with bramch manager they said that our staff are very professional and they know how to treat customers we have provided special training to them.
Is that they provided this type of training?
I visited to other branch and my problem got resolved
Also the way they treated was much better than the previous branch.
I would now likely to share the products that they are offering to customers.
1.Phone banking: -this works really well and don't need any further assistance I'm happy with there phone banking facility.
2.Atm availablity: - Wide range of ATMs are available of PNB across India.
Not as much as compared to other banks but it's descent and nothing to complaint.
3.Internet banking: -i was really disappointed to hear from my branch that they didn't provide internet banking but got it from other branch.
What the hell is this? .
- Customer service: -the customer service depends on the branch u visit like indora sq branch ki poor in service but Mankapur branch is good at it.
Lastly I would like to share an incident
I requested for locker facility but they said that locker is not available
On inquiring on website it is showing that locker is available
When I contacted them they said that they have lost its key.
Is it a joke?
