From last year September 08 have open a current account of my firm at Punjab National Bank. This bank located at chetak circle, where ATM machine is put in the bank office. I am very satisfied with this bank and bank employees. Its distance is about 4-5 kms from my house.
Today went bank to withdrawal cash where one incident makes me some conscious. One person or men insert the card into ATM machine, he followed machine instruction and command for cash amount. After a few seconds a receipt comes without money transition. A man was very surprised that command give amount will be credit from his bank balance.
Bank member saying may be possible you can’t collect cash so, it may restore in machine. I am standing after him and waiting for my transition. I saw the entire incident live. He may be a lucky person that I speak for him and say boldly that amount can’t come out from machine and then people stand by me also sounds in favor of that pretty man. Then bank members say him to write application about his experience and tell him to come tomorrow.
A man was lucky that I and other people speak for his right and also a plus point that ATM machine itself in bank office where bank members are front of him. But many bank ATM machine is not at bank porch and spread any were in city areas. If is type of any incident occurs who will be the responsible for it? Bank? Atm machine? Or a person itself?
This all type of question makes me to think and be careful in future!They must have taken action on complain, and they assure that our money is safe.
