PMC BANK not a great option!. Review on Punjab & Maharashtra Co-op Bank (PMC Bank)

Hello guys I am a customer of PMC Bank and we all know that how necessary bank is when it comes to save your money and wealth

Phone banking: - well PMC bank has a good phone banking app it is not great beacuse tge graphics and tge colour combinations are not pleasing to the eye but it is easy to use and secure and also easy cash transfer facility is also provided by the bank they also have a secure MPIN to make your account more secure

ATM availability: - well the ATMs of PMC bank are not much available I guess as we can use any ATMs for the card it dosent really matter but we may have to pay some service charges to the other banks .so PMC Bank can work on setting up few of the ATMs

internet banking: - the internet banking facility of the PMC bank is not good and their website is also not professional which should be not be in the case of banks when you click on internet banking option it will open up then you are told to enter the temporary passcode give to you by the bank which is alphanumeric and when I tried entering the passcode the small letters were automatically converted to caps which proves my password wrong because my password has small letters

So till date I was not able to use my internet bankimg service

Customer service: - well the customer service of the PMC bank is below average they have a lot of disturbances around them .we can hear others speaking which is irritating and will not be able to understand what the other person is saying it just clashes

And at times the customer service staff are also not able to solve your issue then they just say contact your branch and will leave you hanging in the air

So I want PMC bank to improve on telecom and also the training of tge customer service cell staffs

so this was my review for the bank
