Ref : PRS Consignment note no.2005 dt. 07.02.2013 and PRS receipt no 2002 dt. 07-02-2013 for packing, loading, transporting from Bhilwara to Kolkata , unloading and unpacking for Rs.XXXXXXXX.
i) As our our contract & their quotation: They have promised to carry the material in a single devoted truck in seven days. But they have done multiple handling and clubbed the material with Heavy Industrial material. They have taken 14 days to complete the delivery causing me huge hardship.
ii) Due to their negligence many household articles have sustained major and minor damages . Some of them are beyond repair.
iii) Their un-packers have collected Rs.875=00 as union charges from me.
I have paid Rs.7, 200=00 towards the transit insurance of my item at an amount of Rs.4, 80, 000=00. But the Party has not taken any insurance. I have claimed an amount of Rs. 20, 875=00 towards the above damage and demurage in vain. They are very rude and bluffs continuously.
